This, friends, is one of a kind. It is a commission by a friend who had this view while living on the windward side of O'ahu. I'd been looking for the right conditions for about 7 months before I got the shots that went into this image. Sometimes, the way I see a scene is not the way that nature delivers the scene, and it took me a long while to get to know these amazing cliffs enough to understand the ideal time to shoot them. After getting the shots, the challenge became processing them. There are essentially 30 different images in this panoramic, and a heck of a lot of editing. At one point in the editing process, the image had topped out at over 1 gig in size. Computer upgrades had to be conducted before I could finish this product. As this is a commission, there will only ever be one print, a very limited edition indeed.
